Timber frame going up
The timber frame panels are up on the sole plates, wrapped in breather membrane, and the floor joists are going on.
August 2026
Foundations
Blockwork foundations built and the sub-base compacted, with the damp-proof membrane and steel mesh laid ready for the slab pour.

Breaking ground
Site clearance under way, with the digger stripping back the plot ready for the foundations.
